Where suppliers are unsuccessful with their tender submissions they will be notified in writing. There will be an opportunity for suppliers to receive a debrief from the appropriate officer.

A debrief will provide the supplier with information on how well their tender faired. Any down falls will be communicated thus providing suppliers the opportunity to improve if necessary.
