The Council will accept bids from groups of suppliers, contractors or service providers particularly smaller firms who may wish/need to collaborate to bid for tenders.

In the event of a grouping of suppliers submitting an acceptable offer, it will be necessary for each member of the grouping to sign an undertaking that each company or firm in the grouping will be jointly and severally responsible for the performance of the contract.
