Business Link for Greater Merseyside offers easy access to the best independent professional advice available to small and medium sized businesses based within Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral. It can also offer a reduction of up to 40% off their fees, with the help of European Funding - helping you to grow your business.

Job Centre Plus aims to help more people into work and more employers fill their vacancies and to provide people of working age with the help and support to which they are entitled. Working with a range of partners, we promote work as the best form of welfare, helping unemployed and economically inactive people of working age move closer to the labour market and compete effectively for work, while providing appropriate help and support for those without work.

Knowsley Chamber is a membership organisation that is run by and for the business community which it services. It provides advice, support and direct services, and represents the interests of business through: networking events; information and research; marketing and promotion; chamber utility; member discount scheme; legal advice helpline; grantfinder; business surgeries and seminars; publications and newsletters.

As a Local Government Authority, Knowsley Council is responsible for a vast range of services including Social Services, Leisure, Education, Highways, Refuse and much more. It also offers a range of services to businesses, including potential funding, business advice, property availability and assistance to potential investors.

The Learning and Skills Council is responsible for funding and planning post-16 education and training for young people and adults in England (outside of higher education). LSC Greater Merseyside covers six local authority areas: Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral.
